"Parent and Me" = 1 cake  per One parent and One child $135

"Parent and Me" ticket is only available for 1 Parent/Guardian and 1 child under the age of 15.

Children 12 and older may attend without an adult. Please walk your child to the classroom as you will need to fill out a Release of liability form.

Children ages 8-11 MUST have an adult present. Please choose the "Parent and Me" ticket (NO EXCEPTIONS)

All students 16 and older must hold their own ticket to participate. Please select the regular "Student" ticket.

Any Students not following the above are subject to being denied entrance into class WITH OUT A REFUND

You may bring a beverage and apron. A light jacket is recommended as the classroom can get cold.

This is the perfect class for the student who has already taken the Beginners Cake Class and is ready to up their game! Or maybe you've done a few cakes and want to learn the new trendy techniques...

In this class you will learn:

How to torte, fill, and crumb coat.

How to stripe and smooth.

How to achieve the perfect drip on your cakes with chocolate.

How to make chocolate spheres in different sizes.

Meringue pops and Macaroons will be included for every student to have for their cake. However, they will not be taught. You will get recipes for both.
