But we do understand life happens. So as a courtesy we offer the opportunity for a transfer credit.
If you would like to have an option to transfer to another class at a later date you may pay a transfer fee. Please pick the fee based on the original ticket price for the class.
(Not the price you paid with a membership, discount or any other promotion.)
Any cancelations made with in 24 hours of class must purchase 2 transfer fees per ticket.
Please note this fee is in place to discourage repeated requests for transfers and cancelations of classes. It also helps offset material and labor costs that were incurred by preparing for your spot. You can only receive one transfer per ticket if approved.
"No Call No Shows" prior to class will not be eligible for a transfer.
If you can not make it to the new date you were transferred to all monies paid will be forfeited. Credits can only be held for 6 months from date original class was scheduled. Tickets purchased with Loyalty Vouchers (stamp card) or Donated Gift Certificates are not eligible for a transfer.
